For My Patients : Coming Back to Work

I am slowly returning to the office this week after surgery in KUMedCenter April 24. I  am also still using Dr. Jim Wiley part time as a locum physician. He has been a great help.

I am mentally fine. It is my physical stamina that still is less than normal. I certainly learning firsthand what it is to be a patient.

On May 28 I have a followup appointment with my surgeon at KUMedCenter and I expect to be out of the office May 27,28 and 29. The office will be open and staff available to help you. Thanks to everyone who has called and for your support through your thoughts and prayers. I will be writing more later.

Dr Bob, this sounds serious! Glad you are recovering and getting back to the office. I hope you continue to do well and get your strength back. I wondered why had not been receiving posts from "Your Health Matters", now I know. Am also wondering if you received my email about the Digitek recall, and your suggestions on how to proceed since we are on the road. This is for your info only and NOT to be posted on weblog. Thanks, Elaine

Our prayers are with you for a speedy recovery. God Bless you and welcome back

Praying for your speedy recovery and that at your checkup you get a clean bill of health.. Praying that you regain your strength quickly. Surgery does "zap it out of you". I know your presence is missed greatly in the office.

Dr. Sager,
Make sure you don't come back any sooner or more often than you really can, okay? As much as I'd like to see you, I don't want you to come back too soon.
Susan
